I love then and now portraits.  It is a special treat to be a woman’s maternity and newborn photographer.  I love that I get to know a family and have fun with them during a maternity session and then celebrate with them when they come back with their newborn baby.  A picture truly can say 1,000 words.  In the before portrait Krissy is smiling, full of excitement and anticipation.  In the after portrait she is contemplative, awash with happiness and contentment.  She looks down in thoughtful awe at her daughter, her greatest accomplishment!!  Her pats of love on her swollen belly have been replaced with cooing in a daughters ear.  What a blessing motherhood is.  Congratulations Krissy!  You are a mother now and your heart has been opened to love more than you ever thought possible;-)
