Sometimes you just want to celebrate.  It is great of course to get the pictures that capture something deep and beautiful.  But there is a fun and exciting side to pregnancy too, especially when there are big siblings involved!  This has been a tradition in my family.  All but one of my children were induced.  The night before we pull out the washable markers and decorate my tummy.  We draw pretty pictures, leave messages and ardent appeals for a certain gender (I don’t find out my babies gender early) all over my tummy.  It can be a special wish for a new sibling, good luck mottoes for Mom – anything goes.  It takes my mind off of the upcoming labor and delivery and for the rest of the family it is one final celebration with the family just how it is before a new sibling turns our worlds upside down again.  I wanted to share that tradition with Angenette and her daughters.  Something fun and memorable with their Mom.
